font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第四条 招生就业处是学校组织和实施招生工作的职能部门，具体负责招生与录取的日常工作。 </p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第五条 学校招生工作接受教育纪检监察部门、新闻媒体、考生及其家长以及社会各界的监督。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第六条 学校面向全国招收全日制普通本、专科学生，在教育部核定的年度招生计划规模内，分省、分专业招生计划以各省（自治区、直辖市）招生管理部门公布为准。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第七条 学校预留招生计划不超过总计划的1%，用于调节各地统考上线生源的不平衡。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第八条 实行“学校负责，考试院监督”的原则，在各省（自治区、直辖市）招生委员会统一组织下，坚持“公平、公正、公开”，以考生成绩和填报的志愿为主要依据，参考综合素质评价，择优录取。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第九条 学校根据各省（自治区、直辖市）生源情况确定调档比例，提档比例原则控制在招生计划120%以内，实行平行志愿的省份提档比例原则上控制在105%以内。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十条 学校执行各省（自治区、直辖市）教育主管部门有关加分或降分投档政策，认可各省（自治区、直辖市）按国家政策性加分或降分后形成的投档成绩。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十一条 普通类专业录取原则：对进档考生按总分顺序，根据专业志愿安排专业，考生所有专业志愿都无法满足时，若服从专业调剂，则根据考生成绩从高到低调剂到录取未满额专业；不服从专业调剂者，作退档处理。若计划未完成则按照省级招生考试机构的统一安排在同一批次线上征集志愿，如征集志愿仍不能完成计划，则将剩余计划撤回。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十二条 体育与艺术类专业录取原则：</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">1、成绩认定：我校认可各生源省（自治区、直辖市）统一组织的艺术、体育类专业考试成绩；</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">2、填报我校艺术、体育类专业的考生，在文化、专业成绩达到各省（自治区、直辖市）划定的控制分数线后：</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">四川省在进档考生中按专业成绩排序，从高到低择优录取；其余省（自治区、直辖市）考生按各地省级招生机构规定的方式进行择优录取。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十三条 外语类专业限招英语或本专业语种，其他专业不限考生应试外语语种。学生进校后各专业开设的公共外语课程均为英语，非英语考生在填报志愿时须慎重。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十四条 对考生身体健康状况的要求，我校执行教育部、卫生部、中国残联下发的《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》等有关规定。矫正视力（戴上眼镜）达到4.8（含4.8）以上的考生均可报考烹饪和食品类专业。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十五条 录取与入学：</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">1、被我校录取的考生，经各省(自治区、直辖市)招生主管部门批准后，由我校招生就业处向考生发放由校长签发的录取通知书。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">2、依据教育部相关规定，新生未经同意逾期14天不报到者，视为自动放弃入学资格。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">3、新生入学后，我校将按照《普通高等学校学生管理规定》（教育部令第41号）进行新生入学资格复查工作。考生须诚实守信, 凡复查不合格的，学校将按照相关规定进行处理，直至取消入学资格。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; white-space: normal;">第十六条 按照属地化原则，我校按四川省物价局核定的收费标准收取学费和住宿费等，在公布招生计划的同时公布收费标准。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十七条 家庭经济困难的新生，入校前可持有关证明在当地申请办理国家助学贷款。为保证家庭经济困难学生顺利完成学业，我校已形成以助学贷款为基本渠道，以奖、助学金为激励和帮助方式，以勤工助学为重要手段，以困难补助为辅助措施的多元资助体系。</p><p style="line-height: 21px;
