font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第二章 组织机构及职责</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第四条 学院设立由院领导、普通教师、学生、校友和有关部门负责人组成的招生工作委员会，全面负责学院招生工作。招生工作委员会主任委员、副主任委员组成招生工作领导小组，统一领导招生工作，制定招生政策、招生计划，决定有关招生的重大事宜。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第五条 招生工作委员会下设办公室（挂靠招生就业部），是学院组织和实施招生工作的常设机构，具体负责招生日常工作。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第三章 招生计划及要求</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第六条 学院按照上级确定的招生计划总数，根据发展规划、办学条件、学科要求、生源状况和社会需求制定分省分专业计划，通过各省(自治区、直辖市)的招生考试主管部门向社会公布。学院预留计划数不超过招生计划总数的1%，主要用于调节各省(市、自治区)统考上线生源的不平衡问题。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第七条 学院各专业均无男女比例限制。考生身体健康状况要求参照《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》的有关规定执行。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第八条 学院开设的公共外语课程为英语。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第四章 录取规则</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第九条 学院严格执行教育部规定的“学校负责、招办监督”的录取体制，坚持“公平竞争、公正选拔、公开程序，德智体全面考核、综合评价、择优录取”的原则，实施高招“阳光工程”，接受社会监督。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十条 学院鼓励考生报考，执行各省（市、自治区）投档录取政策。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十一条 非艺术类进档考生按专业志愿、投档成绩的优先顺序安排专业，专业录取无级差。考生所有专业志愿都无法满足时，若服从专业调剂，则调剂到其它按志愿未能录取满额的专业；若不服从专业调剂，作退档处理。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;"> 学院在浙江省、上海市招生各专业选考科目的具体要求以浙江省教育考试院、上海市教育考试院公布为准，具体投档录取原则按浙江省、上海市相关规定执行。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十二条 专业成绩和文化成绩都合格的艺术类考生，学院按各省（市、自治区）专业联考成绩从高到底排序录取。以综合成绩等其它形式投档的进档考生，按所在省（市、自治区）投档政策录取。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十三条 学院执行各省（市、自治区）对考生的加分或降分投档等优惠政策。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第五章 学籍管理及费用收取</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十四条 新生入学后二十天内学院按规定进行入学资格（含身体）复查。复查合格者即取得入学资格，并在中国高等教育学生信息网（学信网）注册后取得学籍;复查不合格者，取消入学资格，予以退回。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十五条 对具备学籍，且在规定年限内成绩合格并达到毕业要求的，颁发由国家教育部电子注册的<a href=" target="_blank">江西农业大学南昌商学院</a>毕业证书；符合学士学位授予条件的，由<a href=" target="_blank">江西农业大学南昌商学院</a>授予学士学位。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十七条 学院在国家奖学金、国家励志奖学金、国家助学金之外，还设有专业奖学金、单项奖学金等；建立了三好学生、优秀学生干部、优秀学生标兵等各种奖助学金、先进荣誉的评选制度。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px; white-space: normal;">第十八条 家庭经济特别困难的新生，可凭录取通知书等有关材料到所属县（市、区）教育局学生资助管理部门申请办理生源地国家助学贷款。学院设立学生资助管理中心，构建了比较完善的助学体系，通过奖、贷、助、勤、补等措施帮助经济困难学生完成学业。</p><p style="line-height: 21px; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 14px;
